Infrared Sauna

Experience a deep sensation of warmth and renewal. Come relax and unwind in our beautiful and invigorating, full-spectrum, infrared sauna. We offer 20-minute, 40-minute, and 60-minute sessions—based on what your body needs.  Our sauna is roomy enough for one person to lie down, stretch and do some light yoga, or for two people to enjoy a session with plenty of room.

Please shower and be free from any debris prior to your session. Also, come hydrated and stay hydrated by drinking water throughout your session.

What can you expect during a sauna session?

In this session, you can expect to feel a deep and penetrating warmth in your body and on the skin, which prompts the bodies detox pathways through substantial perspiration. Infrared rays heat the body up just enough to sweat but not enough the overheat the lungs.

Research and clinical evidence suggest that the use of infrared light therapy assists with many disorders and disturbances in the body. Unlike tanning beds (which emit UV rays causing damage to the cells), infrared light is the healthy rays we get from the sun. These infrared rays penetrate deep into the bones and tissues, promoting healing and production of energy (ATP) in the mitochondria of every cell.
